The navigation interface when navigating through the shopping is very intuitive and easy to understand, improving the experience of customers who use it. The implementation and configuration is quite simple to do and in a few moments everything is already perfectly structured. Managing customer orders is much simpler from Shopify, plus it has helped increase the flow of sales in our company.

It is missing that there is no possibility to unlock or access new promotions through subscriptions to generate better reach among active users. The inventory tool sometimes does not work the way we expect, forcing us to use third-party tools because inventory management is one of the most important tasks in our company. Prices should be a little more structured according to usage and usability.

I have used Shopify for 6 years now and will not be using any other platform builder. I have complete trust in Shopify and will continue to grow with them.

The built-in payment gateway is used by many and trusted by many. Easy to install apps and get your store exactly as you can imagine it. Support is also very helpful and there are many online resources to fit your needs.

Credit card transaction fees are added on top of the monthly cost.

I moved my website to Shopify about 18 months prior and sales have gone through the roof!

The designs are great and easy to use and implement. You can add-on many things such as invoices, payment methods... you name it, there is an app.

My shop is just so much easier to run now as everything works together and I would say that the time I spend manging the store has reduced significantly.

I think Shopify makes you look professional, fresh and reputable. The only thing to be aware of is that the cost can build up quickly so be wary of that if you're on a budget.

But I do highly recommend Shopify for eCommerce!

Lots of options to integrate other online stores.
I like the options you have - whether it is with your design, your payment method, ability to create discounts, etc.
Easy to update pages, add new stock and keep everything fresh.

It can get quite expensive very quickly if you're not careful.

Great Product! Fast setup, reliable with great support. Works great for many of our client sites we build with the integrations needed for our Warehouse partners to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.

Whether you are building a complete ecommerce site for your band for years to come or building a pop up store for an event or employee program this software is very easy to setup and get up and running fast but also has many features and add-ons for complex sites and situations.

More B2B options would be a great addition to the platform. Private site logins and group permissions and things of that nature without needing multiple addons to configure.

Although it gives us the facility to entrepreneurs who do not know much about programming to afford our own domain to sell our products, with an eye-catching interface Shopify opens the way to that opportunity. But they are very zealous about exclusivity which to some extent slows down the process of entrepreneurship.

This application allows you to easily manage the design, creation and editing of your online store through the different templates and help wizards that it offers. You also have a section of blogs to migrate your publications to them in a practical way to increase your clientele.

Although you can extend the reach of your store to a blog that gives you the same platform, it has the difficulty of exclusivity only on the same platform, since you can not promote your products on other sites or social networks. Not to mention that their premium packages are quite expensive.

Best shopping cart, ecommerce application i've used and it's my 3rd shopping cart used...i'd definitely would recommend it!

Very good, definitely a fantastic platform. Hard to have any reason to use another platform especially with the financing they provide based on your business metrics.

Hands down the best e-commerce platform out there. Lots of integrations and a robust app ecosystem if you want to expand or add features. Also their merchant advice product has been helpful for us as we've grown.

We have a lot of products, they enforce a hard limit on the amount of products you can upload after 50,000, then you can only upload 1,000 a day unless you upgrade to a much more expensive tier of service.

Overall the best place to launch an e-commerce site. Lots of integrations, easy setup, and also access to future financing based on your sales volume.

Very quick to setup and customize. They also have a lot of third party apps that can be used to customize your website. I used one of their new 2.0 themes so seems faster than it was for other themes.

I've used their platform for a few sites. Sometimes the themes can be slow or apps that add javascript etc to your site can sometimes lower your speed score. That's not ideal for e-commerce sites, so I'd hope they'd improve that.

Shopify takes the complicated world of e-commerce and turns it into something that anyone can manage. I am designer that really does not like to manage client sites after building them. Shopify is a platform that I can train almost anyone to no matter what age or technical inclination.

There are some features that seem like they should be out of the box that aren’t and require stringing together many apps that each cost a monthly subscription. Some of the main ones I see are not being able to customize internal search, hide products from search, and set shipping rates by zip code.
