Useful tool for our business

PositiveGreat customer service makes this little program all the better. We have been able to keep track of inventory using this system pretty well even though we are not your standard retail outlet. Also it is fairly easy to learn. They are always working on improving the program as well which is nice. It integrates with clover seamlessly.
NegativeThe reports still need some work-the layouts are annoying in pdfs with large margins with unimportant information that always makes the report more pages than it should be. Also the inability to memorize reports is a flaw. they do have customizable ones but I haven't quite figured out how to make those work for me. One other thing that I don't know if its even possible but I would love to be able to pull up a stock take history of an item. They do make it so you can see the history of purchases, sales, adds and removes but if you sell a lot of singles then the stocktakes get buried so its hard to see the corrections you've made over time.

Effective and Powerful Program
Date: Jun 01 2021SummaryI think I started with Shopventory from their early start. I feel we have grown and learned together. Inspire of the complications with my business inventory, I doubt there is another program that can do what Shopventory does for me.
PositiveIt is easy to use. I love their support; they are patient and quick to respond.
Their software is updated and improved often.NegativeI have a very complicated inventory which includes bulk and variants for over 1500 products. It has taken me some time to learn how to use Shoventory to the best benefit.
