    Summary

    At this point, overall experience is extremely frustrating as I have to call back whoever is calling me once the call is automatically disconnect. Wished Sideline could figure out the problem, but right now, looking for alternatives.

    Worked great for years, until two weeks ago......It was always reliable and did not have a complaint, but a change must have been made where the service got all fowled up.

    Negative

    I have been using Sideline for years and never had an issue until two weeks ago where an incoming call is received, answered and 2 seconds later it disconnects the call. This happens all the time. Have contacted customer service numerous times and they cannot seem to correct this issue. Looking for alternative providers.
