The thing that sticks out the most is their team - from the onboarding process, through diligence, and into production, the Sila team is incredibly organized and responsive - they even provided some great feedback on our onboarding flow, and our sales rep still checks in monthly to see how we are doing. Cannot recommend them enough as a BaaS provider - Shamir and his team lead the pack in terms of service and support.
