    Cannot reconcile my 2024 receipts

    So far when it comes to scanning receipts it does a good job but that does not help if I cannot use that information on a daily basis I am still sitting here waiting for a fix and so pretty basically the program is worthless.

    It scans receipts well but that does not help when you cannot use the data on a daily basis I still cannot reconcile my 2024 receipts in this app I'm still waiting for the fix.

    I had purchased a subscription to SimplyWise and put in all my receipts for 2023 now it's now it's 2024 and I cannot reconcile my 2024 receipts the program does not give me that option I have contacted customer service a couple of times it's been two and a half weeks and they said they're working on it is anybody else having this problem because I purchased this and now I can't even use it.

    I love this app!!! After finally leaving the Neat Receipt App after many years of frustration, I found SimplyWise. I can't say enough good about it. It has less bells and whistles than NEAT but I don't need them. This App is simply for scanning expenses and putting them into categories. I use it for taxes and then export a yearly excel sheet with all of my expenses and data. Another fabulous feature is the tech support. I can contact them with a question and will get a return email or text the same day - sometimes in the same hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
