    Summary

    Used for ten years and now they don't send any emails or texts and never answer inquiries. I have sent many firms from my app asking for help. There is no phone number listed.

    Easy to set up and use for my business. I enjoyed the product for many years, but now it does not send any reminders to me or clients.

    Too many system bugs. Unable to get a response to system errors. I can't get anyone to respond to my inquiries.

    Summary

    I would give a higher rating if support would be more responsive. I'm not sure what's going on but I have had a lot of problems in the last 6 months. At one point I was told their site was hacked. That's scary. I'm glad my clients don't pay through this site.

    I like that my clients can make, change or cancel their own appointments. It's easy to use for my clients. I find it easy for me too.

    I have loved this scheduling software up until the last 6 months or so. I have used it for about 12 years. I'm the past 6 months the site has been completely down, then my clients didn't get the scheduled reminders for several weeks and then there was a problem with the second email reminder. When I send an email to support most of the time I don't get a response even after many emails. Now several clients are complaining about not getting their confirmation email and I have sent several emails with no response.

    I wish my clients could access their own appointments and be able to edit their own profile.

    Scam! Do not trust this company. It has been scamming my business, and I haven't found a way out of its grip.

    Nothing! I don't believe that this company has been in business for multiple years. Beware of this business!

    I had never heard of SnapAppointments until random appointment notices started appearing in my email inbox. They have set up an appointment page for my business, leading people to think that they can actually schedule with my business at extremely low prices. We have been getting calls from people who thought they had appointments and actually showed up to our office. I have tried calling, emailing, and even contacting them through the Better Business Bureau to have my listing removed. No response from the "company" to me or the BBB. I believe this is their way of making money, to "strong-arm" small businesses into paying for a membership. Beware!
