Horrible virtual mailbox service
Date: Mar 15 2024SummaryAbsolutely horrible virtual mailbox service! They work as a required add on paid service with Swyft which is equally poor. After you’ve finally had enough of their slow response time and lack of functionality you have to first email a request to cancel then wait for a call back to go through a two tiered process to try and cancel the service. During the process they will first offer to come down in price to $14.99 per month then when your cancellation gets escalated to the next tier they will offer $9.99 per month and try and convince you to keep the service for personal use since their business level use failed. Then they will put you on a series of holds and eventually tell you they can’t cancel you because the address they have on file (theirs) is your official business address.
Ultimately you will have to dispute the charges with your credit card issuer. I would encourage you to file complaints at the state and federal level to prevent other from having to go through this scam.PositiveThere is absolutely nothing of value to this service provider and it is sold as a required add on to Swyft.

The WORST mailbox service —stole my new iPhone
Date: Jan 06 2023SummaryA package was delivered to my SnapMailbox on November 30th and now it's January 6th and they still haven't "found it" (aka, they stole it and are stringing me along to get my continued subscription fee).
Also, the mail isn't actually processed at the SnapMailbox address, they send it somewhere else, taking more time, and increasing the possibility that it will be lost/stolen.PositiveQuick customer "support", which doesn't actually do anything
Price is in line with similar alternatives, relatively inexpensive.NegativeCustomer service isn't actually providing any service just empty promises.

Avoid this provider as they will get you with hidden fees
Date: Apr 06 2023SummaryConfusing site that sneaks charges for daily mail storage with no clear accounting. I was charged storage fees for items I'd long since marked for trash. The "shipping" fees for forwarding mail are excessive and they haven't provided their long-promised Android App to make managing the account easier.
Additionally, the address provided will not validate with USPS which means a lot of mail couldn't make it in the first place. I highly recommend against signing up for this site.PositiveMail that does arrive can be scanned to view, and the notary access made signing up quickly. Some of my mail arrived.
Negative-no clear way to see what mail is racking up their excessive storage fees

Don't trust your mail with SnapMailbox
Date: May 13 2022SummaryI signed up for a SnapMailbox account in Chicago, IL. I sent a test letter to the smb address. The letter was returned undeliverable. SMB support said that I addressed the letter incorrectly. I then sent a second letter adjusting the address just as SMB support suggested. After a two weeks of the second letter was not appearing in my online account, I contacted support. They asked for a tracking number. I told them it was a first class USPS letter, no tracking number. They said there was nothing they could do without a tracking number. I continued to wait and received back the second letter returned undeliverable. I contacted support and they told me it wasn't their fault and I should contact USPS to find out why the letter was returned. USPS said that the address could not be found. I contacted SMB support to tell them what USPS said about the returned letter. SMB support then told me that they had a problem with the mailbox at that address about the time I sent the test letter. They said that the mailbox was too small and USPS stopped delivering mail. They claimed it wasn't their fault, but after I pushed the issue, it turned out it was their fault. I wasted over two months testing the service. They have refunded one of the two months I paid and have promised to refund the second month. However, they refuse to reimburse me for the 25 USD fee for the notary.
PositiveLooks like a great service if it worked. They advertise all the features that we needed for a virtual mailbox.
NegativeDid not work for me.

Test letters were returned undeliverable.
Support blamed USPS, but it was because SMB's mailbox became too full to receive mail.
