PositiveSlick advertising from them, good chat. They did little for us, and generated review for themselves.
NegativeThey took 15% for bookings that were not generated by them, as well as cancelled bookings. We found no demonstration with analytics that ANY of our customers were driven by them over 4 years. Their contract was not transparent, and billing was sent to another department of our company with our copies to our management for review.

Extremely Deceptive
Date: May 19 2023SummaryEvery stage in the process, we raised concerns their strategy wouldn't work, and they either ignored it or patted us on the head. When it didn't work, they instantly reversed and said it was all our fault, we couldn't possibly see additional clicks when we didn't have enough clicks on the website beforehand. I asked exactly that question before signing the contract and they said we were a perfect fit.They had no concern for keeping to their own claims, and were careful about what they put in writing vs. said out loud, a careful deception. Example: Its a corporation that can pass you to someone else and go "Oh did Jeff the salesperson tell you THAT? Can you prove that?" It is absolutely the worst corporate culture of thin veneer of politeness that disappears the minute you sign.
PositiveMany of the things I liked were claims that did not materialize: 1) excellent targeting of the ads, based on their data use, and 2) re-targeting if the ads weren't getting conversions.
NegativeIt was just blasting out impressions, and to the worst places for our business: Fox News, Daily Mail, Aol.com, it was places that 80 year olds visit when we sell WALKING tours. There was essentially no intelligence put into targeting, and then they blamed me for no sales.

All they do with all the data they collect, for you, is target travel intent. They send the ads to everyone intending on traveling to your area with none of the other customization they frequently claim. So, all the talk of amazing data collection and usage they claimed in writing, articles, and in the sales process, it's a shell game. They don't use it, for you the customer, they just mention it obliquely and it turns out you don't get it.
