Spectrum negligence
Date: Feb 11 2023SummaryMy business modem went out, I went to a Spectrum office and tried to exchange it. They said they would have to ship me one the next day and took my old one. 10 months later, my phone has been forwarded during this time, after numerous attempts to fax I take time to go to the office and try to figure out why the fax doesn't work. After 30 seconds of investigation, I see I have no modem. Spectrum never shipped or installed another one. I call spectrum business and they said the office should not have taken the modem and that they should have came out and installed another one 10 months ago. So 10 months of no faxing, couldn't take off of call forwarding and modem charged they say it's my fault I didn't call sooner and no credit on account can be given for their negligence because they say it is my fault for not noticing they were screwing my business Sooner. Typical spectrum customer service, it's your fault. Negative five stars and counting!!! Worst business ever!!! Run don't walk run as fast as you can away from spectrum business!!!!

Spectrum is Allright
Date: Dec 03 2021SummarySpectrum is okay and many times businesses, as myself, have no other option but to use them. I wish the quality did not drop after business hours or on weekends and the price would be lower, to match the overall service.
PositiveIt works pretty good. The service is good during business hours, very few interruptions, if any, but I have had service issues after hours and on weekends. In my area, Spectrum business phone service is better than its local competitor.
NegativeSpectrum is only one of two options in my area, so the quality and service don’t feel the best, because the local competitor is very bad. It is too expensive in my opinion, especially for the okay qualify and service you receive in return.
