Although it has a couple of things that could be improved, Snagit is and will continue to be a complete platform to carry out our daily work. He accompanies us throughout the process of our projects, from the beginning being the supervisor of each important step and giving us the perfect guide to continue step by step with the fulfillment of our projects. In the same way, it has allowed us to be one step ahead and prevent future failures, always being present before anything happens and even being in time to correct it. In the same way, it has been helpful in our daily work, improving the way we see and do our work, increasing our labor proactivity and giving us the push, we needed to put more details and perfect our work in each work project. SpiraTeam gives us the opportunity to carry out tests of all kinds to evaluate the performance of our projects, find out if there is any fault and be able to find an accurate solution that allows us to develop and complete each project successfully

In the search for a good tool that was complete we came across SpiraTeam and discovered that it has more than what we were looking for. It has essential functions for our work, which is the management of requirements, reporting of test results and even traceability. It is one of the few tools that manages test cases without being overloaded, it always does it in a fluid and transparent way, managing each requirement efficiently. Likewise, it seems to me that the reports are all we need, it explicitly represents each piece of data we are looking for and always has a dynamic way of summarizing the information. The last three things I mentioned SpiraTeam handles it very well and offers excellent service. Having the tool in the cloud has been the additional point in favor so that the tests are always optimal and without interference. It offers flexible tools and fully customizable fields for the realization of test cases, which allows you to participate in the process long before the final test. It has an incredible interface that allows monitoring and visualizing the results corresponding to the launches as a final project. It optimizes all processes and is part of a central system on your platform.

SpiraTeam has an ideal platform for data processing based on tests, which accompanies us throughout the process until we achieve the final objective and thus evaluate the results, this is how we obtain all the results in real time and find events in offering slow responses is somewhat discouraging in this scenario. However, it is not a problem that is of great magnitude. A better execution of the platform would go hand in hand with a simpler configuration and this has not been the case, we have presented some inconveniences to adapt everything our way and find the correct use of certain tools. Complementing the work, we do in Snagit with integrations is important, but we have been presenting failures in the fluidity of the connection and this does interfere with our daily work.

Very good tool for a realistic price. Easy to administrate. Tracebility during all phases is very good. All under one framework.

SpiraTeam is ready to use with the standard implementation. Easy user adaption possible. You get many features for a realistic price. Also good support response.

The documentation can be more extended for novice users. It is difficult to show people with no knowledge about a ALM the usage and advantages of SPIRA.
