    Square Invoices will help your company to maximize negotiations, providing a really useful system which will allow you to have a corresponding invoice for each negotiation with a client, this platform has been really key and beneficial for the entire company, we are using it in all the sectors in this real estate company, with the main purpose that each of our employees can give an invoice corresponding to our clients when necessary, this platform is key for negotiations with properties and our company, every time we make a sale or purchase of property, we use this service to generate the corresponding invoice and stipulate each one of the expenses within it. I am really happy with the effectiveness that this platform has shown and how important it has become for us, there are still a couple of things to improve within it, such as the commission system for each invoice and the e-mail notification system, so that we are notified at the exact time when a customer has paid their invoice. I really like using this platform, previously we made all the invoices manually, it is not a computer, currently with this platform we can make the invoice in a simple way, using personalized templates that make entering the invoice have a much more optimal design.

    Square Invoice is currently the best way to send all kinds of receipts and invoices to your customers, this application will help you to carry out all kinds of business in a much more fluid way, it will also allow your client to have a detailed report of what is are paying in your company, I greatly admire this platform, for allowing me to obtain a system which helps me day after day to enhance my negotiation system, this platform is key to doing all kinds of business with clients. One of the main features that I like about this platform is the automated mechanism that it has when it comes to sending notifications and Reminders when the payment of an invoice has been delayed, for example, if we have previously sent an invoice to our clients by email. or in a physical way, this platform sends a reminder to the client when they have not yet paid the invoice, the reminder is sent approximately five days after the initial invoice, this mechanism is very useful to obtain payments in a timely manner. Another thing that I like about this platform is the ease and the way in which it offers me to create personalized invoices, this platform offers me a wide variety of templates for each of my invoices, I can modify the template to my liking, incorporate the logo of my company, insert the services that the client has obtained and many other things, the template is totally modifiable and has a design that is quite adequate for my company. Below, I will mention the things that most positively caught my attention about this platform.

    * The Reminders system is essential within this platform, it is the function that I liked the most and which has allowed our clients to pay the corresponding invoice at the correct time, these reminders can be personalized, you can configure every few days Reminders will be sent to your customers, this is a perfect mechanism to send automated reminders.

    * I love the way in which I can customize the design of each of the invoices, I can use a specific design for my invoices but this platform offers me a list and a fairly extensive library of pre-designed templates with an optimal design, sometimes, I use those templates to give my invoices a better design.

    * This integrated platform or system in which you can make the corresponding impressions of your invoices, has a synchronization and media is with your printer, so you can send all these invoices by email but you can also print them in a matter of seconds.

    * This platform also provides you with a much broader and more personalized view of pending invoices and paid invoices, from the main panel you can view the invoices that have already been canceled within your company, as well as view all the invoices in real time. invoices that are pending to be paid by customers, this complete display functionality helps to better understand the invoices that are paid on time and the pending invoices.

    One of the main negative things that this platform has is that it charges you a commission for each invoice that you have previously made, that means that each invoice that you make within the platform will charge you an additional fee that you will have to pay immediately and it will be billed to your account immediately, I have previously used other applications that have allowed me to create invoices online, and none had charged me an additional commission for each of my invoices, it is important to note that the commission within this platform is completely low , it doesn't really affect your budget, but I think there shouldn't be any additional fees charged for each invoice made, since I currently pay a monthly subscription. Another of the negative characteristics of this platform is that it has a predetermined size for the logo that you can insert inside the invoice, that means that if your main objective is to make the logo look bigger inside the invoice, you will not be able to do it, Currently the templates that are used within this platform have a predetermined size for each of the objects and texts that are inserted, so you will not be able to modify the size of your company's logo. Finally, I have also noticed that the notifications for each payment of the invoice are received late in the email, I have noticed that the real-time monitoring of the invoices works perfectly, I can see the status of the payment in real time From each of them, however, I have noticed that some clients pay the invoices and after a few hours or minutes I receive a notification to my email.

    Great Basic Invoicing Solution for Small Business

    Summary

    We have been very happy with Square overall. We recommend our clients use it to send invoices to their payees for convenience. We've since moved our business to another invoicing software solution (Zoho Invoice) that processes through Square, but let's us charge a card on file for the same price as sending an invoice. Financially speaking, based on the amazingly complicated credit card processing rates/rules, we've found that Square's rates are competitive and while slightly higher, are both transparent and easy to calculate. Unless your business is doing over twenty five to thirty thousand dollars in month in credit card business, it's hard to beat the flat percentage charge .

    Positive

    Square makes it easy to add/send invoices to customers/clients with just a name and email address. The invoice software integrates tightly with the rest of the Square platform which is great for reporting.

    Negative

    Square allows you to enter payments made through non-square sources, but doesn't currently have any other solutions/integrations like ACH processing or instant transfers like Venmo. Since the transaction are not "Card Present" transaction since they are entered by the customer/client the cost is higher than if charging in person. That being said, it is cheaper than charging a "card on file" transaction. I'd like to also see the ability to create bulk invoices either through an interface or uploading a csv file.
