One of the main things that I liked about this tool is that it is able to measure the progress of projects and specific issues. it allows me to know how many percentage an employee has completed a specific issues, Another feature that I liked about this tool is the you can create n number of roles and set module wise access permission according to your needs, also I loved module wise custom field concepts and no code module generator that means you can define custom module as per your needs in minute.

Since I started using this tool I have not had any things that need to report. We have mostly used for the Project and Issue management, Leaves management, Payroll, Customer Proposal, Estimates, Invoice and Payments everything is working nice.
