What is Stomp Loyalty?

Stomp Loyalty stands out as the premier digital punch card software available in the market today. Our platform empowers both small and large retailers to effortlessly design a personalized store, create unique loyalty cards, and implement a "buy X times to get Y" loyalty program with minimal effort.

Implementing loyalty programs has been shown to enhance customer retention, boost spending, and significantly improve overall satisfaction. However, studies indicate that around 70% of customers misplace their physical loyalty cards within a matter of weeks, which can dampen enthusiasm and ultimately result in lost sales. Stomp provides a solution to this issue by offering digital loyalty cards that are much less likely to be lost or forgotten.

Unlike other loyalty systems, our program does not require customers to download a proprietary app. Understanding the fatigue associated with app downloads, we have created a browser-based loyalty system that is both user-friendly and efficient. For those who favor traditional methods, our innovative development allows users to install the wallet as an application on their devices if they prefer.

Additionally, our unique shared digital wallet opens up various marketing avenues for your business, allowing for enhanced customer engagement. At Stomp Loyalty, we prioritize data security and adhere to rigorous standards to protect your information and ensure unauthorized access is prevented.

No prior coding experience is necessary to utilize our services, making it accessible for everyone. This simplicity, combined with our robust features, positions Stomp Loyalty as an indispensable tool for any retailer looking to boost customer interaction and loyalty.

    Summary

Excellent product overall. Very easy to use. Feels comfortable. I am seeing bump in customers asking for it. good price. Highly recommended.

    Positive

Biggest pro, customers are coming in more and asking to get their cards scanned. definitely see the value of a loyalty program. Digital is nice too.
Extremely easy to use compared to competitors. No unnecessary dials or buttons. Well explained guide and quick to set up. Everything I need to run the program is included. Information about my employees is useful.
Feels secure with the multiple passwords although sometimes tedious, I can understand why it was important.
    non existent or minor bugs.
Happy to see that their selling point is that they don't sell data.
Pricing is comfortable. Not too much and I get the value back.

    Negative

Very minor but visual design for business end is rough. Though the customer portal is perfect. I will attribute it to it being early stage startup so that should improve.
    No complaints.
