Great Product, if only help was available to use it
Date: Jan 20 2020SummaryI've used Striven for the last 18 months and overall, it's great. It really does make me so, so mad that support is not readily available when it's required.
PositiveStriven has so many available functions to smoothly run and operate a business.
NegativeThere is a profound lack of customer service. If you call for help, the call more often than not goes unanswered. If you leave a message, do not expect any help within the next 3 weeks. There was a function where you could log a 'ticket' when help was needed, so you could tag the screen you were in, describe the issue and await a call back (sometimes as quickly as 1 week!!!). I've just tried to do that and now even that function has disappeared. My point is, you better know what you're doing with this program because if you hit a snag, there is no help in sight. There are also many little flaws within the program that make operation unnecessarily tiresome and difficult. If these matters were fixed, they would have an awesome product on their hands!
