The software was good, but purposely locking people out in order to try and drive people into the paid version is an unacceptable practice. You can use Google Forms and get the same data and do analysis yourself in other software.

Building out surveys is quite easy and the analysis for results can pull very interesting data analysis. The back end is quite robust.

They've done all they can to gimp the free version, including locking out results that were previously viewable.

This is so much easier than the alternatives. We tried to write our own survey software and it is a nightmare. Plus hosting, etc. can be a pain. So just use Survey Monkey and you can have your survey up in no time.

I'd like to have it integrate with our database applications, but I can live with it being entirely self contained.
