    Summary

    Overall, it’s extremely frustrating as I’ve already paid for a full year, including support. However, there is practically no real support — PBT only offers the first 15 minutes for free and then charges over $250 for any task. They never complete anything within that time frame, which is very disappointing and has a significant negative impact on the business.

    Positive

    There are no advantages to using this software. Once the payment for the license is made, the company shows no concern or support whatsoever.

    Negative

    The management system is very poor. Sybiz support is handled by a third party called PBT, who charge excessively for any support tasks, including version upgrades. While the software may have good features, there is absolutely no proper support. There’s also no one within the company to whom complaints can be escalated.
