    Summary

    Once the base-line is set up, all other elements are just there ! With an As-Is Boost Camp and a To-Be definition together with a business consultant, we were assured of correctly set up environment. It is not about the tool, but about fulfilling the needs of the process-owners. Syncing the Silo's and as a result, having all involved in sync.

    Positive

    Completeness of the platform: it has all the elements you need to get from Ideation to Market. Two choices: Idea to Product or Product to Market to start. From there you can evolve easily to the full set up, this usually takes some time as you get accustomed to the features.

    Negative

    Complexity of own processes can be daunting to set up a complete flow. As each producer has its own way of working and set of existing systems, the parametrisation of the different elements need well-thought decisions, to ensure maximum value.
