I'm leaving a review now, because there was a technical error that was causing a small transaction not to sync. Clarissa was proactive enough to email me not just once, but to also follow up again with instructions how to resolve. I was confused as to how to accomplish so I spoke to Khalifa on their instant chat and even though it was a very specific problem with a very specific solution, we were able to figure it out together with patience. Thank you so much for the great app and the even greater customer service!

Cost deterred me at first, but it's worth the money!

Very great program that saves my business hours of manual entry. This is the only product I'd recommend to integrate sales into QuickBooks Online

Synder tech support consultation was EXCELLENT
I recently completed my first online support meeting with Synder. This was incredible. I have struggled with a problem with our Stripe-QBO sync. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to relay my problem or be tech savvy enough to fix this. George & Mikheil were just excellent. They walked me through everything. They had pointers on the screen. Once they saw what I needed, they fixed the problem within minutes, saving me hours of work! Then they sent me a written recap of the meeting AND a video recording. I realize now, that there is probably even more that Synder can do for us and am looking to explore this. I am so happy for their service and abilities and highly recommend Synder for your sync app with Stripe or any other payment platform. They know their stuff!

Very knowledgeable. Quick availability for my consult. Fixed my problem within 1/2 hr. Guided me through the process and I never once felt overwhelmed due to lack of tech knowledge.

I had a Zoom Meeting with George Bylin today. For some reason, eBay and Synder integration broke down, and data from eBay was missing. George took the time to understand my concerns patiently. George went through all the checks step by step to make sure our integration was correct, and there were no issues.

Once that was established, George showed me how to sync the missing transactions and stayed online will Sync started working.

Really impressed with the great support given by George, and I wish him all the best.

Migrates your Stripe data to Quickbooks QUICK! There's no other products that I've found that can accomplish these complex transactions.

None that I've found yet! The UI takes some getting used to, but overall, once you navigate for a couple hours you'll have the hang of it!

I needed help understanding why my payout transactions were not syncing properly with QBO in the bank account. Vita was very patience and was able to identify my problem.

This information provided by Vita would be helpful to add to your videos. After 6 months transactions do not sync automatically with QBO and have to be done manually. Not a hard process but it sure would help to know this in advance. Thank you Vita for helping me understand what the issues were

Quality software that exceeds expectations of Quickbooks Online integrations. Great customer service.

Highly customizable and easy to use with multiple payment import channels. Easy to "set it and forget it" because it's so reliable, unlike other QB-connected apps that we've used.

A bit difficult to get the hang of the initial setup, but George was incredibly helpful in making sure everything was done correctly and very thorough in answering all of my questions.

Highly recommend this integration to anyone who is looking to sync their transactions to QB from Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce. Saves me (and my bookkeeper) well over 20 hours a month. (My bookkeeper is nervous for her job! haha).

It is really hard to think of something of a con to Synder!

Anything I can forget about and let it do its job is a bonus for me. Happy to recommend especially the starter plan as its super cheap for the time it saves me.

Once stripe was integrated to Quickbooks, no more input was needed from me.

Haven't had an issue with the Stripe->Quickbooks integration so far - 1 year of use.

Synder works great for synchronizing Stripe payments with Quickbooks. Great technical support from George Bylin. Synder is a very useful app for synchronizing different financial platforms. I use it to connect my Stripe to Quickbooks, saves a ton of time and it's easy to use once you get going.

None - there really are no issue, I repeat no issues at all - its a great app through and through!

Good support from Audrey and now know how to proceed with my historical syncs. Historical syncs should be less expensive than they are and should be available to purchase for more than a month.

Audrey was extremely helpful, I really was unsure what I was doing. Audrey was patient and explained (in text(n) what was needed in order for my query to be resolved.

There is nothing specific to be said about the support call.
On a separate point however, when buying additional syncs for the first time, it is unclear whether the purchase has worked, an interim step to confirm would be useful.

Synder has been essential for integrating the complicated sales that my store has with 4 different locations and several income streams.

George has done a phenomenal job helping me set up complicated naming rules and reclassifying sales from our chocolate company, so we can have accurate and up to date reports on our profit per product. Thank you and Bravo!

Pricing increased after the pandemic forced restructuring of their subscription fees and services. I wish their amazing support was still available for free at lower subscription levels.
