Clarissa was proactive enough to email me not just once, but to also follow up again with instructions how to resolve. I was confused as to how to accomplish so I spoke to Khalifa on their instant chat and even though it was a very specific problem with a very specific solution, we were able to figure it out together with patience. Thank you so much for the great app and the even greater customer service!

    Synder tech support consultation was EXCELLENT
    I recently completed my first online support meeting with Synder. This was incredible. I have struggled with a problem with our Stripe-QBO sync. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to relay my problem or be tech savvy enough to fix this. George & Mikheil were just excellent. They walked me through everything. They had pointers on the screen. Once they saw what I needed, they fixed the problem within minutes, saving me hours of work! Then they sent me a written recap of the meeting AND a video recording. I realize now, that there is probably even more that Synder can do for us and am looking to explore this. I am so happy for their service and abilities and highly recommend Synder for your sync app with Stripe or any other payment platform. They know their stuff!

    Synder eBay Integration Issue Fixed

    Can't fault the quality of service. It is the second time I contacted Synder and as always their support team has been great.

    I had a Zoom Meeting with George Bylin today. For some reason, eBay and Synder integration broke down, and data from eBay was missing. George took the time to understand my concerns patiently. George went through all the checks step by step to make sure our integration was correct, and there were no issues.

    Once that was established, George showed me how to sync the missing transactions and stayed online will Sync started working.

    Really impressed with the great support given by George, and I wish him all the best.

    Highly recommend this integration to anyone who is looking to sync their transactions to QB from Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce. Saves me (and my bookkeeper) well over 20 hours a month. (My bookkeeper is nervous for her job! haha).
