    Summary

    In general, great benefit, good price-performance-ratio. We like very much the competent team in Cologne, as well the the technical support in Tallinn, Estonia.

    Positive

    Great speech quality, very good voice recognition. Easy set-up of flows and integration of AI. Reporting tool is fantastic, every session is transcribed and saved at once.

    Negative

    In the beginning, it took some time to understand, how to use the software.
