    Summary

    After struggling with unreliable systems and poor support, we migrated to Thirdlane PBX. I'm impressed with their cloud-based solution - call quality is crystal clear. The mobile app seamlessly integrates across employee devices, allowing remote staff to stay connected. Built-in contact center tools have streamlined our operations. Most refreshingly, I haven't needed support since migrating. Thirdlane's redundant infrastructure ensures practically flawless uptime. Staff queries are promptly addressed by knowledgeable reps. The peace of mind alone makes Thirdlane well worth the investment - I highly recommend them.

    Deployed Multi Tenant PBX many times for our clients. Reception from them has been fantastic - employees find using it a breeze. The seamless Salesforce joining as well. Scalability is not an issue either. Thirdlane is the full package, serving businesses of any size with superb value. Deploying it stay simple for clients, and myself.
