Good for mobile equine vets
Date: Mar 20 2023SummaryCompared to my previous cloud based program, ThoroVet runs much smoother on the road in the real world especially at barns where there is no signal or Wi-Fi. Works good with QuickBooks and Global Vetlink. I have been very satisfied overall and the customer service has been outstanding!
PositiveIt’s app based, easy to use, works good with QuickBooks. Being app based it still works when I am out of cell range and there is no Wi-Fi to connect too. It has been easy to navigate on the app version, web version is a little harder to navigate. It does come with both the which works great on my iPad, and there is a web version my practice manager uses from her PC. Customer service has been outstanding and I cannot say enough good thing about Royce and Cheryl.
NegativeIt has its glitches and freezes from time to time like most software, but nothing that has been too serious. Sometimes you just have to turn the iPad off and turn it back on and things good back to normal.
