Date: Jul 11 2022SummaryTidio has helped me provide support to my customers, and has helped me save sales in real time. As customers become more sophisticated, I find they are sometimes frustrated by chatbot-only solutions, so getting straight through to a human is a real plus.
The chatbot facility is very good, and can assist with after-hours inquiries if you don't have 2nd shift support staff.PositiveEasy to implement, with a small code snippet that works well in ecommerce sites.
There is also an excellent WordPress plugin.
The web interface is very good, and there's an excellent mobile app.NegativeYou have to go into a separate tab to see what DAY people hit your pages. It's not obvious from the first screen. This is more a nuisance than anything else.

PositiveEverything I've explored so far. TIDIO is 1,000 times better than I expected for a chatbot. Especially one with unlimited free use with the option of upgrading to more features! But for a basic website, the free version is incredibly more than useful. Your customer will be screaming in glee at its useful features.
NegativeThat I can't select or click a check bot to have the chat transcript sent to me on my own. I shouldn't have to ask the person to send it to me. I've talked in a lot of chat apps and almost all of them allow you to send the chat to yourself without asking.
