    We have been working with TimeClick for many, many years. We have been offered other products, including through our patient management software, but refuse to change.

    The product is very easy to use. It also has many helpful features for the administrator to keep track of staff/departments.

    TIMECLICK - WON'T BE WITHOUT IT!

    Honestly, we have had TimeClick since the beginning of time... (ha, see what I did there?!), and have loved it! There have been upgrades over the years that have always been "timely" and beneficial to us, the users. - They seem to have our needs in mind with the changes.

    We mostly appreciate the great customer service! Seems we can call at almost any "time" & get a response - THAT IS HUGE! We also appreciate that the cost is reasonable. - increases don't happen every year & when they do, it's not prohibitive.

    We have always had the choice to use our software management as our time-keeper, but have found TimeClick to be more comprehensive & actually easier to use - worth the cost. We also like the reports. - Super easy to print & give to payroll for processing of paychecks.

    Everything! Seriously - we can make corrections to any employee who forgets to clock in/out - We LOVE the reports & different options for absences, as well as an area to make notes. Also great is the space to put all employee stats - a "one stop shop" for employee info.

    Not able to change the size of the font on the reports - although that may have changed since I last checked.

    If you are looking for a new program for your employees to clock in on your computer. I would say check it out!!!

    It's a great product! Easy for all ages to use. You don't have to be comfortable with computers to easily clock in and out for work.

    Program is easy to use! It's user friendly for both associates and management. We have used TimeClick software since 2014 and found it a great way for associates to clock in and out for their shifts. Adjustments are easily made if someone forgets to clock in.
