    Summary

    It has been the tool that we did not know we needed until it came to our work to be the necessary support to correctly carry out our work. With the registration of times and the monitoring of work performance we have achieved great things, visualizing the empty spaces in which the work was not being fully effective and increasing productivity with tasks that are light but necessary, that has made each component of the work team reaches its most optimal level at the time of work, taking advantage of every billable hour and even contributing overtime, which has undoubtedly given us an open field to quickly achieve our work purposes.

    With the help in billing, we have been able to comply with payroll payments on time, it is important to know how to reward each part of the work team and it is fair to comply with the payment process on time and in an appropriate manner, without leaving anything out. It is the perfect platform to see everything from a single plane, many times it can be difficult to supervise and track the work of the entire team, that labor productivity is always active and that we can always see the current situation through the reports, which It is failing to find solutions and see the path of what is happening well to continue doing it. This has given us a plus and without a doubt it was what we needed to cover a lot for so little.

    TIMETRACKER is a new tool with quite innovative functions that has presented us with great functionality in the control and management of time, tracking activities and supervising work performance, which gives us a complete vision through reports of everything that may concern us, absences, expenses, vacations and even the time spent online and the status of projects. It allows us to do even more than we expected, it helps us with billing and payroll payments, in addition to making payments on time, we commit ourselves much more with payments that are at the indicated time and according to the corresponding billing. Not only with this, but it also has a database of all employees, which allows us to view a complete status and track the work they do, record times, record overtime and even work history. It allows you to have everything in one and be able to become much more familiar with the work process. It allows us to plan, have a wide scope for our entire work team and even increase work performance both individually and as a group. Mobile access gives me access at any time, at any time and from wherever I am, when I need to view the detailed reports, the database, or the record of the hours I can do it. The learning curve is quite small, it offers enough documentation to learn how to perfectly handle everything on the platform and even the customer support is quite attentive, every time we need assistance they respond quickly with accurate and optimal solutions for the problem that needs to be solved.

    The interface is not very friendly, it has too many unnecessary functions, it is not comfortable to work with and the configuration and customization is not very open to be able to do things as we need them, this limits our work and forces us to adapt to only what it can offer the platform, ends up being a non-personalized experience. Sometimes the registry and the counter get stuck and do not give the results correctly, it interferes with our work and can be cumbersome to fix. We have presented problems with the integrations; they can be slow, and the update and synchronization of the work is not very efficient. Although the learning curve is quite short and it is easy to learn to fully manage the entire platform, it is not a very intuitive tool, so you must know the methodology and the correct use of the tools very well to try to do the job correctly.

    For the rest I try to get negative points but it would really be in vain to say something that is not true or find something that is bad because there is not, we believe very much that the function of the platform is much more valuable than we expected and even its functionality has been quite significant for our work, so there are more positive points and reasons that they have contributed to our work, than real negative points that interfere with our workflow.
