Auto Allocation should be able to restart if the task does not find an available agent, currently you must select retry to be able to relocate it, I think this would give the platform more autonomy. -

2. This helps reduce our travel time which aids our customer experience and reduce transportation cost/operational cost.
3. Tookan makes communication easy with our workforce, the best for me is Tookan allows our client see the location of our artisans with Possible ETA as they travel to their location.

Updated: Aug 01 2022SummaryInitially I was skeptical because i couldn't find a lot of information online but I'm really glad that i decided to give it a shot. Haven't regretted it ever since and Tookan definitely exceeded my expectations.
PositiveQuality of tracking link is high (the map refreshes itself every 2-3 seconds). This makes the tracking itself enjoyable and more accurate. Other tracking partners that i've tried had refreshes every 20-30 seconds which causes "jumping" effects on the map.
