MTC Logistics has utilized TracxTMS for over 1 year. Our organization is confident that load visibility to our customers is consistent, reliable and accurate.
The reports generated within the TracxTMS system have proven to save countless hours in payroll calculation and the data reflecting load information is used weekly to calculate costs associated to all loads.
MTC Logistics highly recommends TracxTMS in all aspects. From training MTC staff in the initial set up, to fine tuning routes and trips, to 24/7 support for questions, TracxTMS is the only TMS.

MTC Logistics researched a variety of TMS providers that would successfully fulfill our needs to schedule and track daily/weekly loads. TracxTMS came highly recommended by fellow Contractors who were current TracxTMS users.
Our needs included:
1. A seamless TMS setup process that would integrate with our current GPS and ELD's.
2. The ability to create specific trips within routes and schedule those trips to specific drivers with the ability to make changes to those same trips and routes within minutes if needed.
3. Create geo fenced areas within specific locations known to have load/unload delays.
4. On time performance reports calculated according to geo fenced location and report actual arrival and departure to a third party.
5. The ability to grow our business by allowing us to add customers within the TMS with account details for each separate load and customer.
6. Reports to identify driver start/end of shift details for easy payroll computations. Reports detailing by load, the rate per mile and total load amount owed to MTC for completed loads.
7. Support staff available 24/7 for any issue, question or training.
8. The ability of a TMS to connect to all platforms enabling 3rd and 4th party load visibility.

MTC Logistics has experienced connectivity issues with a few 3rd party vendors, however at no fault of TracxTMS.
Tracx quickly resolved connectivity to any impacted vendors communicating with MTC Logistics and the vendor.

Solid program. They have grown since introducing the product to our company. We have grown with them. Tech support has been great. The owner is a down to earth person. Sales team is incredible.

H.B. Phillips, Inc. has primarily been a transportation provider to the United States Postal Service. Our niche of the transportation industry has never had a TMS tailored to it. TracxTMS is the first we have seen that is specific to mail contracting and the truckload segments together. Our company needed a one stop shop to handle both needs.

Not many cons to TracxTMS. we wish reporting was a little more specific and detailed. Easy to use and setup.
