    Great product, Easy to use. also when billing you can upload invoices such as utility bills for tenant review.

    Easy to use, keeps track of rents received and utilities billed. Great lease creation section and reminders.

    Timeframe to forward rents without paying an upcharge a little long considering other payment sources like Zelle, Venmo and others.

    The software was really easy to use and straightforward. I listed my property and had a few leads come in within 2 days. From there I had 4 applications submitted and after screening one person, I found a tenant!

    Summary

    TurboTenant has turned me into a professional landlord. I had no experience whatsoever as a landlord/manager of a property prior to using TurboTenant and it has made my life so much easier. As a stay at home mom to three toddlers, the all in one app is a lifesaver! Plus we have saved so much money opting out of using a real estate property management company or even a freelance property manager, and going with TurboTenant instead. The annual fee has certainly been well worth the money and I will continue to use turbo tenant for this property and future properties.

    Ease of use (especially as a phone app), very reliable, all inclusive services membership that includes lease templates by state, custom lease documents, accounting, payments, applications and background checks for prospective tenants. These are just a few of their features

    To be honest, not much to note here. There were a few technical glitches where the program didn’t load properly and or a rent charge was not sent in real time(from the program freezing). But it was easily fixed within minutes by confirming with payment/charge history in app, or confirming with tenants. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons by a landslide.
