    Summary

    If I could give this software and its customer service zero stars, I would. It is not user friendly for either the admin side or the customer side. And there is never any help available from the company when things don't work, which is all the time.

    Positive

    Literally nothing. We were forced to use this product because it was supposed to work with the software for our accounting department. But nothing ever works properly.

    Negative

    Everything. Poor customer service, difficult to navigate, awful on both admin and user side. Reports available to run are not helpful, bulky, and not in a format that is useful.
