    Summary

    Urbantz is a good tool for optimizing deliveries and have many good features. Yet it still needs development and modifications based on the needs of the clients.

    Positive

    Dashboard - it's really easy to follow up drivers and the progress of the deliveries.
    Driver app is very user friendly and simple to use.

    Negative

    Optimization - needs more flexibility of editing rounds and changing parameters, drivers etc.
    Roles are a bit unclear - which role can do what.
    Users - I should be able to delete users myself as a Platform Manager.

    I have had a lot benefit in my business for having so good software. Our company can compete even with the bigger transportation companies.

    I like especially the profile, how it looks to customer and especially to consignees. Modern looking and well working software. There is everything we need for example food home deliveries.

    Summary

    I cannot imagine working without Urbantz.
    Just a few years ago, there was a huge growth in orders with home delivery to private customers. Our job consisted of manual orders and planning on a physical map.
    We now read the orders directly from our ERP programme and import the data into Urbantz.
    The planning is made automatically, the customers are informed and can follow the orders. No surprises and clear communication.
    And it saves us at least one day of work per week.

    Customers are pleased with the perfect communication through SMS and mail. Accurate Track & Trace.
