I am very satisfied to have found this tool, it makes my life and work easier.
Its user interface is excellent, intuitive and its monitoring tools make it the best option.

We needed a solution to keep a track of how of service,
If everything is indeed up. Datadog was too intense. Found uptime to be perfect for our scale.

Would have loved to see public web page for tracking to be included in the free plan

I started using Uptime Robot in 2021 after not knowing one of my company's websites was down for days. It's been a good experience.

I'm now a fractional CMO and I track all of my clients' websites with it.

Monitors multiple websites easily.
Notify you when they're an issue.
Reports the length of the outage.
Affordable.

None that I've experienced. Even the free version has a lot of value.

Overall, UptimeRobot is the best service anyone could ask for out there. I am not looking at alternatives. It meets all my needs and exceeds my expectations.

Instant communication on downtime. This is a life saving feature. I like the mobile app version as well

Webhooks are not available on free plan. It would have been nice to have web hooks on the free plan as well.

UptimeRobot just works perfectly, i never had anything to complain about ever, it worked perfectly for me for a long time now.

I use UptimeRobot for a long time now and it always worked perfectly, i love the new design options for the Status Page and i am happy to keep on using it for my company!

Love that platform and it's saved me a ton of headache by consolidating clients into a single monitoring portal.

Easy to set up and maintain. Clean and simple user interface. Smart alerts and notifications that don't bombard you with information or repeated requests.

Pricing structure for the solo paid plan lowers from 50 free monitors (5-minute interval) to only 10 monitors (1-minute interval) for $8/mo. You can pay $15/mo for more monitors, but that's a steep hike from the free plan for simply reducing the 5-min interval to 1 minute.

It is a shame as it used to be a great product but it has stopped working and the support is horrible.

Used to work, but this is no longer the case. This service cannot be relied on and the support is abysmal.

I reported that I have 2 accounts, identical monitor on each. One reported 7 minutes downtime, the other 45 minutes, which one is correct? - their answer: "this is normal". Huh??

They broke it. Monitors are frequently not working, reporting the state 30-40 minutes late, or not at all. I have 2 accounts and 1 account may report correctly while the second doesn't - it's just unusable :(

Right now, I have a monitor that should be up, but isn't, their solution? - Reset the stats and lost 3 years of history, because it is "stucked in cache". Disgraceful.
