It is a nice set of tools for accessibility and it offers a easy way to let our users modify the site to better fit their needs.

We found that it was very good at giving our audience the ability to modify the existing visuals on the site. Enlarging text, increasing line height, modifying contrast, were very handy.

There not anything that I haven't liked so far. It does the job well.

I would suggest UserWay to anyone who is concerned about their website being ADA compliant. We compared other providers and found UserWay to be the best value for the money.

We love how easy it is to implement this tool into our website. Being able to customise the widget to our brand and site layout is really helpful. It's more than just a front end accessibility widget for our site visitors (which is the best one we've found) the accessibility reports and real time monitoring are excellent. The admin dashboard is really easy to navigate too.

There's nothing we don't like but it would be great to have detailed analytics on usage so we can understand more about our site visitors that use the widget.

While other providers cash in on this requirement, UserWay ensure the best possible service at a fair price. There is next to no maintenance once set up, however their live chat support is instant and really helpful if and when needed.

Designwise the Widget isn't fully customisable, would like the ability to align the design with our website.
