We see the screenshots from users with screen size, browser version, operating system and other important information. Makes the testing phase of our projects a breeze.
PositiveEasy screenshotting for our users, no complex form. It was easy to install and maintain. Great customer service. Modern design of the UI. Made our QA process quite faster and smoother.
NegativeWould love to have an MS teams integration. We want to scale our usage of more feedback types of Usersnap, but we need a folder structure which is on the roadmap but not there yet.
