Date: Jul 24 2024SummaryI don’t have the words to explain how bad they are don’t use this system if you are small RTO because it creates more work than it saves. It is designed for admin staff to be kept busy.
PositiveNothing not a single thing didn’t even like the colour. When you sold a system like this you expect it to work with your payment gateway your students and it simply doesn’t.
NegativeNot smart tech compatible over priced very clumsy system overly complicated. It is my opinion the staff lie about interactions and then don’t follow up. The customer service is a joke! If they are not gaslighting you they are withholding data. 3 months I have been trying to get it to work and I can no longer try. My company almost closed down because of them.
