Practices connecting with patients based on fraud
Date: Mar 11 2023SummaryI expect excellent customer service from anybody I do business with but will tolerate just good. Once they presented themselves using fraudulent practices, I lost any respect and asked to end any relationship with them. They told me a supervisor would call me back. So far nothing. But I’m not surprised.

NegativeAfter many calls to me asking how I was doing, they finally agreed to quit calling me. Then they started leaving messages identifying themselves as the staff of my doctors office. Guess they forgot about call Id. Then I started getting calls from “unknown caller’ leaving the same message.
