    Great experience and very affordable. Perfect for a small team that works from home. It allows us to have phone numbers in other cities, and to manage calls between the whole team without the need to buy phones, using our computers and cell phones.

    Easy to use and affordable. Great support. Flat rates make the solution perfect for a small agency. Lot of features that allow us to work like big companies (IVR, call recording, call groups, call forwarding, etc.)

    Negative

    Maybe it is a bit difficult to configure, but the support is very good and they help you to have it running in minutes.
