    Initially, I got this for WhatsApp marketing but I am very happy with all the other functions I have for analysing data from campaign and also the chatbot feature.

    I like the chatbot feature the most. I could build a chatbot specific to my requirements without coding. This feature has helped me in getting more orders as all customers can get basic information 24/7 from the chatbot and I don't have to be available all the time. I was also happy to receive the assistance from their support for understanding the process of building chatbot.

    I also get orders from facebook and Instagram, it would have been great to use these functions there as well.
