    I definitely recommend Whelm for people in the video industry. It's kind of catered to our needs more than the other tools I've used, and their responsiveness is nice. Helps me trust the product will only get better over time.

    Very helpful for collecting feedback from clients, saves me from the awkward video call feedback session. Having access to an invoicing tool as well as contract templates saves me a lot of time as well, so I like that. It's a fairly seamless experience once you're onboarded fully.

    Negative

    It seems the company is still pretty small and young, so I there have been some bugs with the growing pains. But they've been really responsive any time I've seen a bug reported.
