    Nothing is good. They are thieves, not responsive. The customer service literary shots you for hours saying “please wait” and they never come back. We spent hours trying to fix the issue, nobody helped. It was supposed to be a present from friends after leaving the hospital so that we wouldn't have to take care of food. The gift card disappeared, Wolt said ”our hands are tied sorry” and then they left me waiting to talk to a supervisor, he never showed up. And everything ended up closing i had to cook ar midnight after 5 nights of no sleep. Don't but from these guys

    Nothing. Garbage. Worst customer service ever. Nothing works good. I stoped using them years ago for the quality of the service. But my friend gave us this gift card. They stole it, made it disappear, nobody wants to answer for this. I also work in gastronomy, i been working with them for many years in different restaurants, they don't give a f about the customers, they deliver everything late cold or broken. Dint give these thieves money

    Wolt, you are an absolute disgrace. My friend generously gifted me a Wolt gift card so that my wife and I wouldn’t have to worry about food on our first night home after she gave birth. Instead of providing the service you promise, you stole the money and left us stranded.

    After hours of trying to redeem the gift card, I found out my account was BLOCKED FROM PAYING—for no reason, no explanation, nothing. I then spent THREE HOURS talking to your so-called customer support, only to be met with “my hands are tied, sorry” and then completely ignored. They literally ghosted me.

    I have ALL the proof—the conversations, the repeated excuses, and the outright refusal to help. I even sent three emails to customer service, and guess what? THREE DAYS LATER, STILL NO RESPONSE.

    Wolt, you stole from me. You took away a gift meant to support new parents, wasted hours of my time, and left us scrambling for food when we should have been focusing on our newborn.

    Your service is an absolute scam, and your customer support is a joke. I will make sure everyone I know stays far away from your fraudulent, incompetent company.
