Helpful for hiring
Updated: Oct 30 2020SummaryOverall, I'm very happy with WonScore. I no longer have it due to Covid budget draw backs but I would love to have it again ASAP. Hiring without it has been a much scarier experience because I cannot evaluate the candidates as well as I wish I could.
PositiveI used WonScore to hire for a number of roles. When you are hiring for a sales position or an operations position, it's very hard to evaluate how sharp someone is with just a few conversations.
