PositiveI love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts.
NegativeYou have to get quite a few points to even get a small reward/gift. Even though a focus of the platform is to get gifts from your redeemed points, it isn't that exciting since it is so hard to get items. So, I just focus on the opportunity to say good things about my teammates.
