    Summary

    Overall, I have enjoyed using the program to highlight my teammates. The best part is you then get to see other highlights being talked about in your company so then you can celebrate those as well.

    Positive

    I love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts.

    Negative

    You have to get quite a few points to even get a small reward/gift. Even though a focus of the platform is to get gifts from your redeemed points, it isn't that exciting since it is so hard to get items. So, I just focus on the opportunity to say good things about my teammates.

    Very easy to use. No training is required. Good software. No cons.
