    Summary

    Overall I like this TT application. It's very easy to use and straight forward. Multiple teams in my company can collaborate on issues and tasks without too much confusion.

    Positive

    This TT System is very easy to use across multiple departments. I like the automatic email feature for updating the status. Saves a lot of time and energy not having to double my notes on tickets.

    Negative

    Nothing really stands out as a con for me as far as using this. If I had to list one I would prefer a locally installed application to a web based system.
