    Summary

    We love it for gathering documentation organizing client tasks and can see all of our portals task progress at a high level.

    Positive

    Our clients are finally using our portal now that we switched over to Zapa. The magic login is great for our older clients who struggle to remember their passwords or don't want to make a new one.

    Negative

    More documentation for the advanced features would be nice, especially with notes and fillable PDF forms.
