It is a good service, but it can always be improved. Software is good, but customer service is not something strong.

Really easy to use. The interface is very friendly and the installation is not hard at all. Haven't had any problems with the software.

Since our account manager changed i have not been getting any types of monthly or quarterly reports and suggestions.

The application was a a great solution to reward our 3dcart - Shift4shop / ecommerce.
This platform is missing a significant reward system to keep customers happy and entertained, or they have a reward system that is not really convincing.
Zinrelo filled that Gap amazingly, and our customers now and retuning and happy, they can earn rewards and promote their tiers, it gave more life to after sale process and pre-sale process.

Some little difficulties in customization or coding, some limits at importing or customer or data base importing or exporting, but this is compensated by the support team promptness.
