My overall experience so far has been very good with Zoho Campaigns. The importing of contact emails and the ability to white label are very good with Zoho Campaigns.

Zoho Campaigns has a lot of inbuilt email templates available which makes my work very simple. Also, the reports and analytics are very much detailed and help us get a lot of useful insights.

I do not have any major dislike or discomfort with this product.

With lesser head counts Zoho Campaigns gave us the ability to run many effective campaigns using its automatic marketing option. Also, it can enable an auto-responder whenever a new user subscribes.

Sometimes due to restriction of emails by the receiver, the mail can be delivered in spam folder. Multiple campaigns are required to save with different names.
