    Summary

    Overall we are very happy with the transition to aACE operating system. It keeps all of our orders organized and has cut down on previous billing issues we have seen with our previous operating system.

    Positive

    I appreciate how easy this system is to look up orders and order details. Having a system that can look up customer's orders based off the customers information is a great advantage. aACE is also a very organized system leaving very little chance for processing errors.

    Negative

    I cannot find anything bad to say about this product. On rare occasions, the system will lock up but that is a simple fix of restarting the program. This is a very rare occurrence.

    aACE is very easy to use and has been extremely helpful to the success and growth of our company. It is very organized and has many support features that get you to where you need to be.

    aACE is easy to learn and is very organized. I almost always know where to find the things I need and being able to have multiple orders/invoices open on different windows is very useful.

    Negative

    Voiding invoices can sometimes lead to a rabbit hole without any direction on what to do next and how to fix the outstanding amount. I also wish there was a better process for recurring orders.

    Best experience of all the systems surveyed.

    Positive

    aAce has an unique approach to the discovery process. For a small fee, they give access to a full version of aAce; both desktop and web; and include weekly meetings with experts for 6 weeks. It is great opportunity to determine if aAce delivers as promised - and it does! This is far superior to an expensive installation process only to find out that the product does not deliver as promised. In addition to superior customer service, this is the best process for testing/implementation. Perfect for small to medium companies.

    The aACE Software team has been incredible to work with. Support is readily available and in the US, which is a huge plus for us. And the team is fabulous.

    We utilize a very complex sales pricing structure that often changes in minor ways from one client to the next. The Rate Cards feature in aACE has made managing our different pricing structures incredibly easy and simple. We can duplicate existing rate cards, assign pricing by item type or category, or by individual part number. Pricing is automatically applied to new items as they are added as well. Makes my life so much easier.
