    Summary

    We paid for this service and started a dialogue to get it implemented. There was a while where communication on both ends was failing. In hindsight they had records of trying to reach out to us and we had records of trying to reach out to them. I think the time difference got in the way. By the time communication was flowing again it was our busy season and we didn't have time to implement the system. They offered in writing to let us start the process over again when we were ready. Unfortunately that time didn't come til the next off season and they were unwilling to follow through with their offer at that time. They were downright rude about it as we pleaded our case. Id recommend any software company but this one.
    I have been a Lightspeed superfan and we were one of the earliest subscribers to the software platform. We have worked with several other Lightspeed plug-in software companies and never had a negative experience. Lightspeed repeatedly has me talk to their prospective customers given how long we have used it and how much we like it. Again, this is the one brand to stay away from on this platform. HORRIBLE customer service and interactions.
