PositiveIt covers billing requirements for office equipment dealers (metered usage). That’s it. Nothing else.
NegativeSupport is terrible, it takes a week to get a response. The software codebase is antiquated. API integrations are few, and documentation for theirs is quite poor, so integrating with current software is a challenge. The services that power the software are super glitchy, some having to be started repeatedly for them to actually start.
