    Summary

    Ideal single pane of glass solution. We don't regret our choice - we were comparing many other tools and eG Enterprise stood out as a not super-expensive but a functionality rich solution. After 3 years of using the tool, i'd say we were right with our choice.

    Can monitor pretty much everything. Very detailed metrics. Create custom dashboards, good reports. Great value for money.

    Negative

    Could be easier to configure. We are now using their CLI/API to automate some of the routine tasks.
