I used fitDEGREE as a studio manager for 2 years. I recently opened my own studio 4 months ago. I have seen the improvements made since my last role as studio manager. Their level of customer service has always been stellar! A system that is easy to use and integrates with other platforms is also an A+.

Excellent customer service, easy to use software and affordable! Better yet, the clients love how easy it is to register for classes.

No cons! I love it and the great customer service.

Positive! I would change everything again from mbo to fitDEGREE.

Once the app opens its pretty easy to buy-schedule classes.
Clients are calling and emailing us way less than they did when we were mbo users.

It’s both for the client and the teachers very user friendly. Love the ability of promoting our classes and special events throughout the announcements.

And the sharelink to invite others to join classes is amazing!

It takes time to open.
Cannot schedule duos via app.
Cannot schedule past events which can be annoying.
Waiver option needs improvement since it’s too basic.
Cannot block hours of teachers to show they are put of town for example.

I loved fitDEGREE, and the training sessions, were easy to learn, and overall a seamless transition from old software. Their technical support has been better than anything I've seen, and they were also prompt with responses., with video's to watch solve the problems.

Overall an excellent software package.

I have been very impressed with how easy it was to learn, although that doesn't mean that it's not a technical huge help running your business. In fact, there are several features that I consider a great deal better than the existing software I came from, such as easily chatting with students, and teachers, and sending out reminders of classes, events easily from your phone or any device. I have heard nothing but good things from my students, saying they like that it's easier to use as well.

My students did say that they missed location finders, that their phone would "self check you into your class".

The only thing I have missed is hitting a button, and old software would send out texts to all teachers asking for subs.

We love fitDEGREE because they are honest, real people. The system is intuitive and our clients love the ease of our branded app. So grateful we found fitDEGREE!

Customer service is very accessible, the app is user friendly, the software is easy to use. Everything is straight-forward.

Honestly, there is nothing I would change about this software.

We use fitDEGREE to run our yoga studios and couldn't be happier. We have all the functionality that we need to create a positive experience for our students and our teachers. This software helped us grow from one studio to two because of how easy it is to use and the amazing customer service.

We love the customer service; they are super stars! We can ask dozens of questions and are always met with thoughtful responses that range from an email to a 1:1 training session to make sure that we feel thoroughly supported. The platform continues to grow and change in response to customer feedback and we are always so happy with all the ways that fitDEGREE tries to ensure that we are as successful as we can be and that we are using the platform to the utmost (we love the podcast!).

We still haven't used all of the features in fitDEGREE but, we are working on it!

When we started the studio, I chose fitDEGREE as our client management software because it did most of the things that we needed it to do and we could find workarounds for the things it could not. The price was definitely right, but most of all the team was fantastic with getting us set up. Now that we have been using the software for almost a year, I am still incredibly happy with the choice. I still think the best part is the responsiveness of the support team. There is a 6 hour time difference between our staff and the fitDEGREE support team and they always get back to us within a day, are always willing to jump on a call, and even touched base with me right away the first time I had someone contest a charge on their credit card to walk me through the process. Overall, very happy with the software, and always impressed by such a caring and dedicated team.

The support team is top notch, the software is very simple - itʻs easy to train my team on it and the clients love it (especially the social aspect). I also particularly like the reporting. Most of it is very straightforward and itʻs easy to get around while looking in reports without losing your place.

The recurring appointment features could use more flexibility (there is no way to do recurring appointments every other week other than to go back and delete every alternate week). The team has been really kind about me asking for feature requests when I find something I need that is missing.

I love this platform! As a new business owner this platform is great! They are so helpful and it is easy to use. Anytime I have questions they are quick to respond.

I have found the On the Go app is easy to use, find quick numbers for finances and am. able to change instructors as needed.
The full website is also easy to use and I like all the features. Highly recommend this for your business!

A couple tweaks would be nice.
Allowing us to change a class in the on the go app and copy paste for the messaging to clients.

I have used multiple other booking software's for boutique fitness studios (MindBody, Pike13, Vagaro) and fitDEGREE is hands down the best of them all. It is easy to use for both admin and clients. fitDEGREE's customer support team is top notch. They are quick to respond when you need assistance and I appreciate that they are always improving and adding features!

fitDEGREE is very responsive to emails and they are quick to figure out a solution when there is an issue. The Customer Support team is amazing! The platform is very easy to use for both admin and clients. I appreciate that they are always willing to improve and expand the platform! The podcast is also very helpful when you want to learn more about a specific feature.

I do wish that fitDEGREE would integrate with Zapier/Flodesk.

I own the Dive Barre and Pilates Studio, we have barre, Pilates and yoga classes and I highly recommend this booking software for its convenience and effectiveness in streamlining booking tasks.

It is incredibly user friendly and efficient. It simplified the process on managing bookings and the clients love it. I know it's a big decision and can be overwhelming with all of the different software. So far, we love it. After meeting with a few of the different booking sites, we decided this one was the best for us. When I don't understand how to do something, I email support and they get back to me quickly. We love that it functions like a social media platform. The clients can friend each other and see what classes their friends are in or invite them to a class they are in. The messaging feature is easy to use, the calendar is easy to navigate and I like that I can make an announcement and it sends a notification to everyone.

So far, we haven't had any issues with this software.

fitDEGREE is a reasonably priced membership management software. It’s easy to utilize in terms of scheduling and payment for memberships as well as individual services. While it integrates well with my website and with Mailchimp, it doesn’t have a lot of extra features. I like that I’m only paying for what I need. Assistance is readily available for any problems or questions.

No cons. I am satisfied with the software and availability of assistance.

Overall, I absolutely love fitDEGREE and am so happy I made the switch from Mindbody after 4 years. The customer service/support is absolutely amazing, the onboarding process was thorough, the software works as it is designed with very few glitches. Highly recommend!

fitDEGREE is extremely user friendly and they have a customer service available right when you need them for emergencies. They walk you through the process and even record the zoom calls so you can go back and reference anything you might need a reminder about. I highly recommend fitDEGREE!

None for me! I love everything about the service. Ease is the name of the game and fitDEGREE is that.

Recommend to anyone! We are mad we didn't make the switch even sooner. What a waste of money our prior service was. For anyone "afraid of change" - it is worth it!

Every once in a while there is a glitch/lag.

The app is incredibly simple and easy (in a good way!) as instructors who also take care of checking in — or perhaps in previous years — what someone at a front desk would do. This quickness of this app allows me to make sure clients have registered and then I can focus on talking to clients & getting ready to instruct.

fitDEGREE makes preparing to instruct incredibly easy. First, I love that the app alerts me when a client registers and/or cancels.

When I go to look at the class manifest the list of names and the option to quickly check them in is great. I also love that I can quickly search a client and immediately put them into a class.

The only problem I have encountered is the app lags a bit when I want to quickly look at upcoming classes a week, two weeks or even a month from now.

Also. I would love an option to show just my schedule so that I don’t have to scroll past my coworkers to get to my schedule.

I absolutely love fitDEGREE. The amount of time i have to spend on running my business is made easier and simpler with this software. I very rarely have any issues, if I do it is easy to find a video or contact fitDEGREE Helpdesk and get a fast reply. When I get a help rely it is language that I understand. I am not tech savvy and they always word it where i can follow the direction with confidence and resolve any issue. I do have a request and it seems more aesthetic that function however, being a lone ranger running my business it would be useful to have the ability to color code the class groups. I am over 2 years in and I am so glad I switched. Thank you!

The ease of use in the software. There is no overthinking! 99% of the time there is an easier way of doing things than my past software. I have no buyers remorse when i pay my monthly fee.

My customer service rep is always ready to answer any questions i have. Usually there is a video. It is amazing!

There are some silly functionality things that I would like. I have the software for over 2 years now. My business has grown and i have more teachers using the software, more resources (rooms) to book. I would love to hav the option to color code classes groups like Beginner classes advanced classes, etc.

I also host trainings that last 10 months through the year. Setting them up in the software is a little clunky on the admin end because they have recurring payments they have to be set up as classes. I would like those to stand out with a different color as well. or be able to book them as a series with the ability to have monthly payments.

Last but not least, I have more than one instructor doing one on one sessions and they are the same color on the scheudle and i have had a few teachers miss their sessions because they just looked past them on the schedule. So having a way to be able to differentiate between one on one providers would be great.

Been a great transition from our former system. Our clients LOVE having our own app and having friends within the app so they practice together.

In app functions: announcements , events, see class stats, can message clients, get alerts and make friends within the app. The team, the ease of use, great customer service.

I wish I could customize some of the button colors a bit more.

5 stars. Period. They are cutting edge for the market, user-friendly, proactive, precise, helpful, and tech-savvy.

I'm a HUGE fan of fitDEGREE. After years of Mindbody, I made the switch and will NEVER look back. I've referred I think 5 other gyms at this point because they are just that great. You get a REAL person to help you get set up and they walk through the entire process with you. You can email at anytime and get a super fast response and even personalized explanation videos for any issue you are facing. If their software doesn't feature something you wish they had, just let them know! They are always updating and adding new features and they LISTEN to your needs and requests.

Can't think of a single one! Sometimes there's a feature I wish they had, and I just let them know. They are usually already working on it.

Knowing that I have this piece of my studio business handled is huge. Switching to fitDEGREE was my second software migration and it was well worth it. My clients love it and it’s saved me hours of time in admin work compared to my last software system. Highly recommend!

fitDEGREE is an amazing studio software system, the best choice for my business! Owners are honest and quick to respond to any questions or issues (which have been very few). If you’re looking to switch from your existing booking software I highly recommend them, the data transfer was easy with little manual work. Monthly price point and branded app options are a bonus, but the ease of use on the admin and client side is the best reason to choose fitDEGREE.

There aren’t any cons from my experience. Maybe the reporting filters/options could be expanded depending on how in depth you need to go into your numbers but I haven’t found that to be an issue.
