    Summary

    Today January 2025 after call a hundred time nobody answered never again and never got a solution for that.
    I not want pay 30 dollars for something was not my problem.

    For 3 years it's been ok.

    Negative

    Last November 2024 iBid 4 has had problems with the software.
    I win a storage for $100 and ibid4 charge 15 % premium ( $15 ) in my card.
    Two second after send me the email declined my card.
    I call the bank and never charge anything.
    Call iBid because maybe it’s spam and the lady in the phone say we have problems with the software.
    My account is freezing because I need to pay a $15 premium and $15 more to decline.
